This 75-minute session animates and activates:

  • closing the knowledge worker distraction gap to save millions of dollars per year
  • how to foster a "corporate athlete" environment in the work place
  • why and how to invest as little as 15 minutes a day to become fitter, richer and healthier

The Muscle Money Mindset for Teams


One step above the awesome that is living and performing in peak performance and flow, is doing so as a team. This is known as Team Flow. 

The Muscle Money Mindset for Teams ratchets up the learning from the 12-week program, to include additional modules and small group projects that leverage Gillian's Top 25 Peak Performance Habits in a team format.


Teams create three key assets for their life and business over the course of the program, with an additional asset for the team known as The Manifesto.
